Our client is a global architecture and interior design consultancy headquartered in Sharjah, UAE. They specialise in creating consumer-focused experiences across hospitality, retail, and commercial spaces.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality) to lead the development and execution of high-profile projects from concept through completion. This role requires expertise in hotel brand standards, technical design skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects, ensuring brand standards and client expectations are met
  • Develop comprehensive design plans using AutoCAD, InDesign, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Photoshop
  • Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into tangible designs
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants for seamless project execution
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative design environment
  • Manage project budgets, materials selection, and supplier/vendor relationships
  • Create storyboards, initial design directions, and manage high-quality visualisations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions

About You

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer with:
  • 8–10 years of interior design experience, with a strong focus on hospitality
  • Experience working with key hospitality operators
  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Strong team management and client account management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
  • Knowledge of MEP and lighting integration in interior design
Location & Salary:
  • Location: Sharjah, UAE
  • Salary: AED 25,000–30,000 (depending on experience)
