The practice provides architectural, surveying, BIM and project management services, working across projects from initial feasibility and planning through to technical design and construction.

About the Role

The practice is looking for an Experienced Architectural Technician to join the Sevenoaks team.

You’ll be working on a range of UK residential and/or healthcare projects, supporting projects through the technical stages and producing detailed drawing packages.

The role would also offer the chance to run projects stages or Projects depending on experience.

About You

• Experienced Architectural Technician with UK project experience
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Experience working on residential and/or healthcare projects
• Good understanding of UK construction and Building Regulations
• Confident producing technical and detailed drawing packages
• Revit experience would be an advantage
• Be in a commutable distance of the office,
