About the Company
We are working with High end residential focused architectural practice based in London, with a who is looking to appoint a Architectural Technician to join its studio.
The practice is focused on high-end residential architecture, working across luxury homes, refurbishments and larger residential projects, with projects ranging in value up to approximately £20m.
About the Role
This role is focused primarily on the technical stages of projects, supporting the development and delivery of high-end residential schemes through detailed design and construction.
You will work closely with the architectural team on high-value projects, helping to develop accurate technical information and ensuring projects are coordinated and delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Develop technical and construction information through the later stages of projects

Produce detailed architectural drawings and technical information

Support the delivery of high-end residential projects from detailed design through to construction

Coordinate architectural information with consultants and wider project teams

Assist with resolving technical and construction-related design issues

Ensure drawings and documentation are accurate, coordinated and delivered to programme
-
Work closely with senior members of the practice throughout the technical stages

Contribute to the successful delivery of projects valued up to approximately £20m
About You
-
Previous experience working as an Architectural Technician

Good understanding of UK construction and Building Regulations

Experience working through the technical stages of architectural projects

Strong ability to produce detailed technical drawings and information

High-end UK residential experience is required

Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to project delivery

Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team
-
Relevant architectural qualification or equivalent professional experience
