About the Role

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural space. 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders. 

• Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling pitches and proposals. 

• Collaborate with Principal and Director-level colleagues to align business development strategies with company goals. 

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 

• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. 

About You

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Proven track record in business development within the architecture or related industry. 

• Strong network of contacts within the architectural sector. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

• Ability to interact effectively with senior-level executives both internally and externally. 

• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities. 

• High energy and enthusiasm for driving business growth. 

• Knowledge of London, UK and Middle Eastern property markets an advantage.
