About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate with Principal and Director-level colleagues to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
About You
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in business development within the architecture or related industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the architectural sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with senior-level executives both internally and externally.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
- High energy and enthusiasm for driving business growth.
- Knowledge of London, UK and Middle Eastern property markets an advantage.
