About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Interior Designer with 7–10 years of experience in high-end hospitality projects, specifically hotel design. This is a leadership-level role that will see you take charge of projects from concept to completion, guiding the creative direction, managing client relationships, and leading internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading concept development and interior design direction for luxury hospitality projects

Creating design proposals, mood boards, masterplans, and presentations

Overseeing design development, technical detailing, and space planning

Acting as a key point of contact for client presentations and design pitches

Staying up to date with industry trends and sustainable design practices

About You
We’re looking for a confident and experienced hospitality design professional with:

A degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

7–10 years of proven experience designing hotels (not restaurants or residential)

A strong portfolio showcasing hotel projects, with client/operator recommendations
-
Previous experience working in the Middle East region

Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit preferred but not essential

Fluent English, both written and spoken
-
A track record of contributing to business growth and team development is a plus
