About the Role

• Leading design direction across architecture and interiors from concept to completion
• Overseeing the development of masterplans, sketches, mood boards, and design proposals
• Building, mentoring, and managing a growing team of talented designers
• Leading client-facing activity including design pitches, presentations, and strategic discussions
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding the studio’s client base across EMEA
• Staying ahead of trends, innovations, and sustainable design practices in the hospitality sector

You’ll be working at the highest level of hospitality design, delivering landmark projects and building a legacy within one of the world’s most respected studios.

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 15+ years of experience in hospitality design, including masterplanning, architecture, and interiors
• Proven ability to manage and mentor multidisciplinary design teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-profile hospitality projects
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
• Previous experience working in the Middle East is essential
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Revit preferred
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
