They are known for delivering high-profile schemes across the UK with innovation, technical excellence, and a collaborative approach. They have a new opportunity for a Associate Director to join the management team offering a unique and exciting long term role.

About the Role

• Leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams on life science and healthcare projects.
• Delivering projects in line with ISO 9001 & 14001 compliance, quality management, and sustainability standards.
• Securing new business through existing client networks, frameworks, and direct submissions in both public and private sectors.
• Overseeing design delivery while ensuring compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability requirements.
• Conducting client presentations and acting as a key point of contact for strategic project growth.

About You

• Proven ability to working directly with clients and able to help develop business for the practice.
• Experienced in project management, frameworks, and business development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, with Revit experience advantageous.
• Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations, client engagement, and multi-disciplinary team leadership.
• Ideally based locally to Epsom or within commutable distance.
