About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect looking to take the next step within a dynamic and well-established practice.
You will work closely with senior designers and technical teams to deliver high-quality schemes, while also taking ownership of projects and developing your leadership capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading projects from concept through to completion
  • Developing design proposals and detailed design packages
  • Managing multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants
  • Supporting fee management, invoicing, and commercial awareness
  • Contributing to new business opportunities and wider practice growth

About You

We are looking for a motivated and design-focused Architect who is eager to grow within a supportive environment.
You will have:
  • RIBA Part 3 qualification with up to 5 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience working within a design-led, delivery-focused UK practice
  • Strong design, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience across large-scale projects, ideally within healthcare or similarly complex sectors
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team
  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
  • Strong Revit skills (Enscape advantageous)
Desirable:
  • Healthcare sector experience (highly advantageous)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / InDesign)
  • Experience with CodeBook / Activity Database
