About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect looking to take the next step within a dynamic and well-established practice.
You will work closely with senior designers and technical teams to deliver high-quality schemes, while also taking ownership of projects and developing your leadership capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects from concept through to completion
- Developing design proposals and detailed design packages
- Managing multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants
- Supporting fee management, invoicing, and commercial awareness
- Contributing to new business opportunities and wider practice growth
About You
We are looking for a motivated and design-focused Architect who is eager to grow within a supportive environment.
You will have:
- RIBA Part 3 qualification with up to 5 years post-qualification experience
- Experience working within a design-led, delivery-focused UK practice
- Strong design, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience across large-scale projects, ideally within healthcare or similarly complex sectors
- Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
- Strong Revit skills (Enscape advantageous)
Desirable:
- Healthcare sector experience (highly advantageous)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / InDesign)
- Experience with CodeBook / Activity Database
