About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect looking to take the next step within a dynamic and well-established practice.

You will work closely with senior designers and technical teams to deliver high-quality schemes, while also taking ownership of projects and developing your leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading projects from concept through to completion
Developing design proposals and detailed design packages
Managing multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants
Supporting fee management, invoicing, and commercial awareness
Contributing to new business opportunities and wider practice growth

About You

We are looking for a motivated and design-focused Architect who is eager to grow within a supportive environment.

You will have:

RIBA Part 3 qualification with up to 5 years post-qualification experience
Experience working within a design-led, delivery-focused UK practice
Strong design, presentation, and communication skills
Experience across large-scale projects, ideally within healthcare or similarly complex sectors
Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team
Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Good technical knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
Strong Revit skills (Enscape advantageous)

Desirable:

Healthcare sector experience (highly advantageous)
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / InDesign)
Experience with CodeBook / Activity Database
