About the Company

I’m working with an established architectural practice looking to add a Project Architect to its growing London team.

The practice works across complex and large-scale projects including residential, student accommodation, office, retail, hospitality, data centres and mixed-use developments.

This is a great opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from early concept and planning through to technical design and construction.

About the Role

• Lead projects or key work packages from inception to completion
• Work across RIBA Stages 2–6
• Develop planning and technical information using Revit
• Work closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to design and technical discussions
• Take on increasing responsibility as the London studio continues to grow

About You

• ARB & RIBA registered
• 3+ years post-Part III experience
• Strong Revit skills
• Good UK Building Regulations and technical knowledge
• Experience leading projects or work packages
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Data centre experience highly advantageous
