About the Company

This international studio based in NY and Madrid is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality and high-end residential design to join our creative team.

This role requires a designer with a minimum of 10 years of experience who can lead concept development, manage design documentation, and collaborate closely with project leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional interior environments.

The Senior Interior Designer will report directly to Directors & Studio Leaders and will play a key role in shaping the creative vision and ensuring design excellence across projects.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing conceptual design narratives and spatial strategies for hospitality projects • Preparing and evolving design documentation and presentation materials • Producing plans, drawings, and visual presentations that communicate design intent clearly • Working collaboratively with clients, operators, architects, and consultants • Reviewing drawings, materials, mock-ups, and other project deliverables • Ensuring designs comply with building codes and accessibility standards • Mentoring and supporting junior designers within the team

About You

You are: A confident and collaborative designer with design flair. • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of materiality and spatial composition • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a studio culture of collaboration • Skilled at presenting ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Architecture or Interior Design • 10+ years’ experience in hospitality or high-end residential projects • Great technical skills, project delivery and experience with Revit/Rhino, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign

Additional Requirements

• EU residency required and Fluent in English and Spanish
