The studio works on complex housing-led schemes and is known for its collaborative approach, strong technical delivery, and commitment to high quality design through all stages of the project lifecycle.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for a CIAT registered Architectural Technologist to join a growing team working on large residentially led developments across the UK.

You will be involved in projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, supporting the delivery of technical design packages, specifications, and construction information. The role will involve close collaboration with architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high technical standard.

You will also be responsible for contributing to detailed technical drawings, coordinating information across disciplines, and supporting the preparation of specifications using NBS Chorus.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• CIAT registration with a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience
• Proven experience working on large residentially led schemes in the UK
• Experience working on projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
• Knowledge of the NBS Chorus specification system
• Strong Revit skills (essential)
• Sound knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
