  • Lead resourcing and contribute to recruitment and studio development

Technical & Design Excellence:

  • Sign off on technical outputs and ensure consultant coordination
  • Guide detailing across soft and hard landscaping
  • Maintain CDM and Building Regs compliance
  • Provide accurate time and cost estimates

Commercial & Client Interface:

  • Prepare fee proposals and support bid writing
  • Build strong relationships with clients and contractors
  • Confidently represent the practice in meetings and correspondence
  • Monitor project profitability and advise proactively

Software proficiency:

  • AutoCAD, Keyscape
  • InDesign, Photoshop
  • SketchUp, Microsoft Office
  • NBS Landscape & Create
  • Bonus: Revit experience

About You

You are a confident and collaborative leader who combines creative vision with rigorous technical delivery. You thrive under pressure, think commercially, and enjoy helping others grow.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI or equivalent)
  • Master’s in Landscape Architecture
  • 5–10 years’ experience, ideally in both private and public sector work
  • Strong grasp of planning policy, construction detailing, and technical standards
  • Experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships
