About the Company

Our client is a leading London-based landscape architecture practice delivering award-winning spaces that blend creativity with technical precision. Their work spans high-end residential, public realm, and commercial projects across the UK and internationally. With a collaborative and values-driven culture, they’re passionate about crafting meaningful landscapes that are as functional and sustainable as they are beautiful.

They invest in their team’s development through CPD, chartership support, and real project ownership, all within a supportive, flexible, and socially engaged studio environment.

About the Role

As a Project Landscape Architect, you’ll be a core part of the design process,  turning creative vision into reality through well-coordinated, technically robust design work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare planning submissions, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Oversee project coordination with internal and external teams
  • Support junior team members and resolve on-site queries
  • Ensure high standards are maintained from design to delivery

Software proficiency:

  • AutoCAD, Keyscape
  • Revit
  • InDesign & Photoshop
  • SketchUp, Lumion
  • NBS Create

Benefits:

  • 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays
  • Birthday day off
  • Hybrid/flexible working
  • Pension
  • Profitability bonus scheme
  • Referral bonus scheme
  • Health Cash Plan + EAP
  • Chartership support and structured CPD
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Regular socials and design inspiration days

About You

You’re either chartered or working towards chartership, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for landscape design that’s both impactful and technically sound. You’re confident handling key project stages and thrive in collaborative environments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture (Master’s preferred)
  • Chartered or near-chartered (CMLI or equivalent)
  • Strong design and delivery skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder input
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
