With a strong reputation for design excellence and technical expertise, they specialise in projects that balance innovation, functionality, and sustainability.

As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of high-value residential and commercial developments, ensuring compliance with the latest UK fire regulations and planning obligations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with strong UK fire safety regulation experience to take ownership of complex construction, refurbishment, and design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce fire safety regulations, integrating best practices into design and construction processes.

  • Liaise with planning authorities, building control, and fire safety consultants to maintain compliance with UK regulations.
  • Develop project strategies, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation plans to optimise project success.
  • Monitor contractor performance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and design standards.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders on budget, project milestones, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to drive efficient and effective project execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in project management within the residential development sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations, including Approved Document B and statutory compliance.
  • Experience managing Section 106 agreements and planning applications with London authorities.
  • Minimum of two projects completed in London through all RIBA stages, acting as the sole project manager.
  • RICS-accredited degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience delivering luxury interior design projects valued between £500k – £10m.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Prince2, APMP, CIOB, RICS) are desirable.
