An established and highly regarded architectural practice is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Architect to join its London team.

The practice works across exceptional residential, hospitality and heritage projects, offering an ambitious environment for experienced architects looking to take on greater leadership and project responsibility.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to take a senior leadership role within the studio, working across design, project delivery, team management and business development. You will have the opportunity to lead high-end residential projects alongside heritage and refurbishment work, while developing strong relationships with clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential and hospitality projects
• Take responsibility across concept and delivery stages
• Lead and mentor project teams
• Manage client and consultant relationships
• Oversee project programmes and delivery
• Contribute to business development, bids and presentations
• Take responsibility for project management and contract administration
• Contribute to project financial performance
• Support wider studio leadership and development

About You

• 12+ years’ post-Part 3 experience within a UK practice
• Proven experience delivering exceptional private residential projects
• Excellent design, technical and presentation skills
• Experience across all RIBA stages
• Strong understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Experience managing small to medium-sized teams
• Project management and contract administration experience
• Strong commercial awareness
• Business development and work-winning experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and NBS
• Proactive, organised and enthusiastic approach
