About the Company
I am working with a long-term client who continues to develop its business and grow its team. They have a strong and varied project pipeline and are looking to add an experienced Architectural Technician to their team in Surrey.
The practice works across a varied portfolio including education, residential, commercial and community-led projects, with a strong focus on technical delivery and design quality.
About the Role
The role will focus on the technical delivery of projects, working through detailed design and construction stages.
You will be expected to take ownership of your projects, manage technical packages and work closely with architects, consultants, contractors and clients to keep projects moving and ensure information is delivered to a high standard.
The practice is also involved in a number of high-concept, high-quality projects, offering the opportunity to work on technically demanding schemes.
Revit is important but not essential. The practice can support someone in developing their Revit skills, but the willingness and drive to learn is key.
