This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist looking to join a supportive practice where you’ll play a key role across all project stages within a technically focused environment.
About the Role
The practice is looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist with strong technical delivery experience and solid Revit capability to support a growing pipeline of projects.
You’ll work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, producing detailed technical packages and assisting with project coordination from design through to construction.
Responsibilities will include:

Producing detailed construction drawings and technical packages using Revit

Preparing and coordinating project specifications
-
Working within a BIM-led environment including consultant coordination

Assisting with clash detection and technical integration across projects
-
Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards

Responding to construction and technical queries during live project stages

Supporting project delivery across multiple schemes simultaneously

Maintaining accurate technical documentation and project records

Assisting in resolving technical and detailing challenges throughout delivery
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline

Proven experience within an Architectural Technologist role

Strong Revit proficiency essential

AutoCAD knowledge beneficial
-
Excellent technical detailing and drawing package experience
-
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
-
BIM coordination experience desirable
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
-
Strong communication and coordination skills
-
CIAT membership or working towards accreditation advantageous
