About the Company
An established and highly regarded architectural practice specialising in traditional and classical architecture, contextual design and conservation-led projects.
The practice has an extensive portfolio spanning high-end private residential, historic buildings, commercial developments and large-scale masterplanning. Their work combines considered architectural design with a strong understanding of traditional detailing, craftsmanship and the sensitive adaptation of existing buildings.
With a collaborative studio environment and a strong pipeline of projects, this is an opportunity to join a practice delivering distinctive, design-led architecture across London and the UK.
About the Role
The practice is looking to appoint an experienced Project Architect to join its London team, taking a lead role in the technical development and delivery of a number of high-end residential and heritage projects.
You will work on a varied portfolio of bespoke schemes, including the sensitive refurbishment and extension of Grade II listed properties, luxury residential interiors and substantial private estates.
Current projects include the transformation of a prestigious listed London property into a bespoke residential and entertaining space, alongside the extensive redevelopment of a historic country estate to create a contemporary family home.
A number of projects are progressing through planning and will shortly require leadership through the technical design and construction stages. You will take responsibility for coordinating project information, managing consultant teams and ensuring design intent is maintained through to delivery.
