About the Company

We’re working with a well-established residential developer delivering high-quality housing schemes across the South and South West of the UK. The business has a strong pipeline of live and upcoming projects and continues to grow its in-house design capability, focusing on well-considered, practical and deliverable residential schemes.

About the Role

You’ll be joining an in-house design team working across a strong pipeline of residential projects ranging from 50–250 units. You’ll be involved from planning through to technical delivery, producing detailed drawings, supporting planning applications, and contributing to live site delivery. This is an office-based role in Dorchester with exposure across all stages of project development.

About You

You have solid UK residential experience and a strong technical background. You’re confident producing drawings in AutoCAD, with additional software skills such as SketchUp, Photoshop or InDesign beneficial. You hold a relevant HNC / HND / Degree in Architecture or Construction and are comfortable working in a delivery-focused environment.
