About the Company

We’re working with a small, collaborative practice of architects, designers, and planners delivering residential projects across the UK. The team works closely with clients to create well-thought-out spaces tailored to their individual needs, providing innovative solutions to design challenges, whether site constraints, planning hurdles, or budget limitations.

They have extensive experience across private and developer projects, including internal reconfigurations, extensions, loft conversions, one-off houses, multi-dwelling developments, and masterplanning.

About the Role

You’ll be joining the team directly under the MD, giving you excellent exposure and the chance to take ownership of projects. You’ll be working on a wide range of residential projects, with flexibility to get involved across all stages and oversight of the overall project process.

You will lead and contribute across all RIBA stages, develop designs, manage project delivery, and speak directly with clients and consultants. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to shape the way projects are delivered.

About You

You are an Architect or experienced Part II with strong UK residential experience. You are confident running projects and engaging with clients, and you are proficient in AutoCAD. You are motivated to work in a small team and take ownership of projects.
