Known for their collaborative ethos and commitment to sustainability, they foster a culture of professional development and encourage employees to contribute to the bigger picture of design excellence and community impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior or Associate Urban & Landscape Designer to join our London studio and take a leading role in shaping innovative masterplanning and public realm projects.

This is a unique opportunity to grow a dedicated group, drive forward high-quality solutions bridging between masterplanning and landscape, and be actively involved in the bigger picture of the practice’s international work.

You will collaborate closely with urban designers, architects, and other specialists, while mentoring and inspiring junior team members. Candidates with an existing landscape consultancy background are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design development on large-scale urban and landscape projects.
  • Drive innovative public realm and landscape solutions, shaping the vision for projects and teams.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment with urban designers, architects, and other consultants.
  • Contribute to strategic project planning and masterplanning initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, fostering growth within a dedicated landscape group.
  • Ensure design quality and sustainable best practices are maintained across all projects.

About You

  • Professional qualification in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years’ professional experience, ideally including international and Middle East projects.
  • Proven track record in public realm design, landscape solutions, and masterplanning.
  • Strong software and drawing skills, with proficiency in relevant design tools.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work at pace.
  • Excellent communicator with leadership potential and ambition to grow within the practice.
  • Passionate about high-quality design and sustainability, with a desire to contribute to the bigger picture.
  • Experience from a landscape consultancy is a strong advantage.
