About the Role

We are seeking 2 x talented Mid-Level Urban Designers to join our London studio and contribute to a variety of international masterplanning and urban design projects.  

You will work closely with architects, placemaking specialists, and other designers, helping to develop high-quality design solutions that positively shape the urban environment.  

This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills, gain exposure to international projects, and be part of a collaborative and ambitious team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and present concept designs, masterplans, and high-quality design materials. 
  • Produce visualisations, drawings, models, and reports to support project delivery. 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and innovative design solutions. 
  • Contribute to design discussions and project development, maintaining high standards of quality. 
  • Support project documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained. 

About You

  • Professional degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture, with a Masters in Urban Design. 
  • 3–6+ years’ experience in urban design and masterplanning, ideally including international projects (Middle East experience is a plus). 
  • Proficient in Rhino. Knowledge of Grasshopper is advantageous. 
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). 
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills. 
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments. 
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, impactful urban design solutions.
