An established and highly regarded architectural practice is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technologist to join its London team.

About the Role

You will work on unique, high-end residential projects, with opportunities to contribute to the refurbishment and adaptation of existing and historic buildings. The role will focus on technical design, coordination and construction-stage delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery through design and construction
• Produce and coordinate detailed technical information
• Develop bespoke, buildable construction solutions
• Coordinate consultants and wider project teams
• Liaise with contractors and resolve technical issues on site
• Attend site meetings, inspections and reviews
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and technical standards
• Support and mentor junior team members

About You

• 10+ years’ experience within UK architectural practice
• Proven high-end/private residential experience
• Advanced Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and NBS skills
• Strong technical design and construction detailing knowledge
• Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Strong site and contractor experience
• Experience with historic or listed buildings is desirable
• CIAT membership or progression towards Chartered status is advantageous
• Highly organised, proactive and collaborative
