About the Company

An established and highly regarded architectural practice is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technologist to join its London team.

The practice works across a range of high-quality projects, including bespoke residential, heritage and conservation work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where technical quality, craftsmanship and design excellence are highly valued.

About the Role

You will work on unique, high-end residential projects, with opportunities to contribute to the refurbishment and adaptation of existing and historic buildings. The role will focus on technical design, coordination and construction-stage delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery through design and construction
Produce and coordinate detailed technical information
Develop bespoke, buildable construction solutions
Coordinate consultants and wider project teams
Liaise with contractors and resolve technical issues on site
Attend site meetings, inspections and reviews
Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and technical standards
Support and mentor junior team members

About You

10+ years’ experience within UK architectural practice
Proven high-end/private residential experience
Advanced Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and NBS skills
Strong technical design and construction detailing knowledge
Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Strong site and contractor experience
Experience with historic or listed buildings is desirable
CIAT membership or progression towards Chartered status is advantageous
Highly organised, proactive and collaborative
