About the Company

This fast-growing UK planning and design consultancy is known for its strong technical expertise, commercial focus, and high-impact work across the residential and energy sectors. With a clear ambition to double in size over the next 3–5 years, the business offers an exciting platform for ambitious professionals to grow their careers.

The landscape team plays a key role in delivering strategic landscape planning, LVIA, and design input into some of the country’s most complex planning projects. Collaborating with planners, urban designers, and environmental experts, they support developments that balance environmental responsibility with commercial deliverability.

A culture of flexibility, professional development, and cross-disciplinary collaboration makes this a compelling place to build a career in landscape planning.

About the Role

You’ll join a well-established and fast-growing landscape team that works at the forefront of landscape planning and LVIA—predominantly across residential and energy sectors.

You’ll contribute to a wide range of project types, supporting the delivery of landscape assessments, planning submissions, and strategy documents. You’ll also work closely with planning and design colleagues to ensure the landscape offer is integrated and commercially focused.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a consultancy that values initiative, technical precision, and commercial thinking. There’s plenty of room for personal growth, and the business offers a clear route for progression as it continues to expand nationally.

About You

  • You’ll have a background in landscape planning and LVIA, ideally within a consultancy environment.

  • Experience working on residential and/or energy sector projects is highly desirable.

  • You’re technically strong, with excellent report-writing skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • You combine your landscape expertise with commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

  • A relevant degree and Chartered or working towards Chartership is preferred.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team where quality, collaboration, and ambition are at the heart of everything they do.
