About the Company
We are working with a long term client who has developed strong relationships with a number of established London based companies. This has created a strong pipeline of high end workplace and commercial fit out projects, and they are now looking to grow their team with the appointment of a Design Manager.
About the Role
The role will be predominantly site based across London, with around one day per week in the Surrey office.
You will be involved in the design management and technical coordination of high end workplace and commercial fit out projects, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and wider project teams.
This is a great opportunity for an outgoing and confident individual who enjoys working with people, taking ownership and being involved in projects on site.

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility, work closely with clients and contractors and continue developing your career within Design Management.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
• Strong UK high end workplace and commercial fit out experience
• Previous experience in Design Management, technical coordination or a similar role
• Good understanding of construction, detailing and technical delivery
• Confidence dealing with clients, contractors and consultants
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
• A genuine interest in developing within Design Management
• Revit experience is beneficial but not essential
• Previous experience in Design Management, technical coordination or a similar role

The role could suit an Architect, Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or an existing Design Manager looking to take the next step.
Salary & Benefits
• Flexible working hours with start times between 8am and 9:30am
• Flexible finishing times between 4:30pm and 6pm
