About the Role
As an Associate Landscape Architect, you will take a leading role in the design and delivery of high-profile projects across the UK and internationally. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership position, working closely with directors and clients to shape project vision, manage teams, and ensure excellence across every stage of design. You will:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across complex international projects.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring design intent and delivery.
- Contribute to business development and the growth of the London studio.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues.
About You
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or equivalent.
- 8+ years’ experience working on large-scale hospitality, mixed-use, or luxury residential projects.
- Proven leadership in both design and project delivery.
- Strong client-facing and team management skills.
- Passion for high-quality, innovative design with an international outlook.
