About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality & F&B) to lead the design and delivery of high-profile luxury projects from concept through to construction. This is a highly hands-on role requiring exceptional design vision, strong technical expertise, and full proficiency in Revit. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver interiors of outstanding quality and design integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design development and execution of luxury hospitality and high-end F&B projects from concept to completion
  • Ensure design excellence and consistency across all project stages
  • Produce and coordinate detailed interior design packages using Revit (essential)
  • Develop design concepts, storyboards, material palettes, FF&E, and design narratives
  • Prepare detailed working drawings and technical documentation
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Review and coordinate drawings to ensure accuracy, buildability, and compliance with project requirements
  • Mentor and support junior designers while contributing to a collaborative studio environment
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality
  • Stay up to date with hospitality and interior design trends, materials, and innovative solutions

About You

We are looking for a talented and driven designer with:
  • Around 8+ years of professional interior design experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong background in luxury hospitality and high-end F&B projects for premium brands and hotels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 100% proficiency in Revit (essential for this role)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and technical capability
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, design-led studio environment
Location & Salary
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month, depending on experience
