About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead our client’s architecture team in designing innovative and sustainable buildings and structures. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conception to completion, and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. 
 
Responsibilities: 
• Lead the architecture team in designing innovative and sustainable buildings and structures. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. 
• Oversee the entire design process, from conception to completion, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. 
• Develop project proposals, including budgets, timelines, and resource requirements. 
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers. 
• Review and approve all project designs, plans, and specifications. 
• Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. 
• Keep up-to-date with new trends and developments in architecture, and incorporate these into our projects where appropriate.

About You

The role of Senior Architect requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture and over 10 years of experience. 

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of architectural building systems, possess both strong hand and CAD drafting skills, and be proficient in managing design projects. 

Proficiency in Revit and BIM is also necessary, as well as the ability to meet deadlines effectively. Additionally, the chosen candidate must be able to work in a team environment and communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
