About the Role

As the Landscape Studio Lead, you will head the landscape division in Dubai, driving creative direction and ensuring the successful delivery of landmark projects. This leadership role involves managing a talented team of designers and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders to uphold the studio’s reputation for excellence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all aspects of the landscape studio, including project delivery, design quality, and team management. 
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the studio and enhance its market position. 
  • Lead the design process for high-profile projects, ensuring innovation, sustainability, and alignment with client objectives. 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the organisation to deliver integrated solutions. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and studio representative. 
  • Manage studio operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, and compliance with local regulations. 
  • Mentor and inspire the team, fostering professional growth and maintaining a collaborative studio culture. 

About You

You are an accomplished landscape professional with extensive experience in leading design studios and delivering iconic projects. Your leadership skills, technical expertise, and passion for creating sustainable and meaningful spaces make you a perfect fit for this role. 

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred. 
  • Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or equivalent accreditation. 
  • 15+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects across sectors such as hospitality, mixed-use, and public realm. 
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles and regional environmental regulations. 
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM tools. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
