I’m currently working with an architectural practice that works across a range of sectors and is now expanding its London office.

About the Role

They’re looking to bring on an Architect or Architectural Technician with experience in HRB cladding remediation to support a growing portfolio of specialist projects.

The role will involve technical design, detailing and coordination, working closely with contractors and external consultants throughout project delivery.

About You

What they’re looking for:

Experience working on HRB cladding remediation projects is essential.
Strong Revit skills are essential.
Good understanding of façade systems, technical detailing and UK Building Regulations.
Confident coordinating with contractors and external consultants.
Experience taking projects through technical design and delivery.
