About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Hospitality Interior Designer to join a dynamic, design-led studio and take ownership of high-profile international projects from concept to completion. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead hospitality and F&B design projects across all phases, from initial concept to construction. 
  • Oversee and mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality project execution and professional growth. 
  • Hold weekly project meetings to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals. 
  • Review and redline production documentation, including construction drawings and FF&E specifications, to ensure accuracy. 
  • Manage client relationships, supplier coordination, and on-site installations. 
  • Stay up to date with hospitality industry trends, branding, and operational needs. 

About You

The ideal candidate will be a highly creative and detail-oriented interior designer with a strong background in hospitality and F&B design. You should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be eager to contribute to global, high-profile projects. 

Key Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of experience in hospitality and F&B interior design. 
  • Proven ability to lead projects through Stages 4 & 5, from technical detailing to on-site installation. 
  • Strong experience in client-facing roles, supplier engagement, and project presentations. 
  • Expertise in architectural detailing, FF&E specifications, and bespoke furniture & lighting design. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution. 
  • Passion for luxury hospitality design, with knowledge of branding, market trends, and operational needs. 
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised, with excellent problem-solving skills.
