About the Role

As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the documentation and delivery of diverse projects across all RIBA stages. You will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence and seamless project execution, with a focus on residential and commercial projects of varying scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the documentation and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages.
  • Develop and maintain Revit templates to streamline project workflows.
  • Conduct and oversee clash detection processes using Revit.
  • Provide expert technical detailing for a variety of project types.
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary consultants to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
  • Mentor team members, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to ensure task completion.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will be a highly skilled architect with a strong background in technical delivery and team leadership.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of professional experience post-Part 3 qualification.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, with significant hands-on experience in project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of technical detailing and construction methods.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and work independently when required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
