  • A member of CIEEM or an equivalent body, ideally with Chartered Ecologist status or working towards it.

Essential Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Several years of experience at Associate Director or Director level in a UK-based commercial or planning-focused ecology consultancy.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK ecological consultancy practices, including project leadership and client management.
  • A proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering complex projects.

Benefits

  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for career development within a supportive and forward-thinking structure.
  • The chance to work with one of the UK’s most respected planning consultancies during an exciting period of growth.
