About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a team of talented architects that work within a developer/contractor organisation and take on as much responsibility and ownership as you feel comfortable with. You will be willing to learn the tools of the trade – how to build buildings.

You will be involved with all RIBA stages from feasibility studies, planning, and scheme design, to construction documentation and delivery in various scales and types of projects, some of which would be large mix-use residential buildings, hospitality projects, boutique hotels as well as small residential buildings.

About You

We are looking for someone with great presentation/communication skills, and good with coordination, in addition too:-

– Strong graphic / communication skills

– Ambition to deliver exceptional quality work

– Various software skills including Revit & AutoCAD

– An interest in London property market and construction methods

– An understanding of all RIBA stages

– Experience in hospitality projects, hotels in the UK is essential

 

Salary + Benefits
