We have a superb role for a Project Architect to join an AJ100 Employee Owned Practice in their London office. The practice is specialised in medium to large residential-led mixed-use schemes and has been recognised as the Best Employer of the Year throughout their journey. About the Role

We are looking for people with technical experience in UK medium to large residential led schemes in delivery stages. Good Revit skills are essential.

About You

About You

  • ARB registered architect
  • At least 3 years of proven experience post-Part III
  • Experience in the role of Project Architect leading on medium to large scale mixed-use residential projects
  • from RIBA Stages 4 – 6
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in chairing Design Team Meetings and Workshops
  • Experience in a client facing role, leading day-to-day communication with clients and external consultants
  • Experience in managing internal project teams as well as managing the design coordination with external
  • consultants, including good time management skills and experience in design programming
  • Strong technical design and specification knowledge
  • Has a good understanding of current Building Regulations and other relevant statutory standards and
  • guidance
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit is essential
