About the Role

As the Landscape Design Director, you will take a strategic leadership role in driving the creative and technical vision of high-profile landscape architecture projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class designs, ensuring the highest standards of quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the design and delivery of large-scale landscape architecture projects, from concept through to completion. 

• Develop and implement creative design strategies that align with client objectives and project vision. 

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define project goals and ensure alignment throughout the process. 

• Lead and mentor a team of landscape architects and designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. 

• Provide technical oversight, ensuring compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices. 

• Contribute to business development efforts, including preparing proposals, winning new work, and expanding client relationships. 

• Represent the company at industry events and act as a thought leader in landscape architecture. 

About You

You are a visionary design professional with a proven track record of delivering landmark landscape projects. Your passion for innovation and sustainability, combined with strong leadership skills, makes you an ideal candidate to lead and inspire a talented team. 

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred. 

• Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or equivalent. 

• 15+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. 

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering high-profile projects across hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors. 

• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and local environmental regulations in the Middle East. 

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of BIM tools an advantage. 

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills. 

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
