About the Role

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative and high-quality landscapes. Working across a variety of prestigious projects, you will lead the development of design concepts, oversee project delivery, and mentor junior team members. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the design and delivery of landscape architecture projects from concept to completion. 
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other consultants to develop creative and contextually appropriate solutions. 
  • Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and visualisations to clients and stakeholders. 
  • Oversee the production of technical drawings and ensure compliance with planning and regulatory requirements. 
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development. 
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction. 

About You

You are a talented and experienced Senior Landscape Architect with a passion for creating inspiring and sustainable landscapes. With a strong design sensibility and technical expertise, you are adept at leading projects and managing client relationships. 

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture or a related field. 
  • Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience working on high-end landscape projects. 
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver creative and innovative design solutions. 
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other relevant software. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams. 
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
