The Locri model reinforces sector knowledge, giving consultants the opportunity to specialise in as narrow a field as they wish, but developing deeper relationships within it.

Unlike the typical agency, there are no competing objectives. Each consultant is free to provide the best possible service to his/her clients or advice to his network of candidates.
