About the Role
The Dubai team is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join their creative studio.
This role will contribute to the studio’s visual storytelling by producing high-quality materials for proposals, presentations, digital platforms, and print media. You will work closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to ensure that all visual content aligns with the studio’s brand and communicates its design philosophy effectively.
This is a dynamic position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to multiple projects at varying stages of development.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling visual communication materials.

Design and refine proposals, presentations, and supporting graphics for business development.

Create and manage digital and print content, including website visuals, e-materials, and online graphics.

Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms, including templates, photography, and graphic assets.

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.

Prepare polished design drafts for client presentations and internal use.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.

Primarily work with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of multimedia and interactive tools is a plus.

Requirements

Previous experience in architectural or engineering firms in the UAE is essential.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Proven experience in presentation and proposal design, with an eye for detail and hierarchy.

Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.

Ability to maintain brand consistency across digital and print media.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
