They are a strong 120-140 people including architects, interior designer and designer within the biggest part of the group concentrating on interiors and a smaller team that deals with the architecture part of the projects. About the Role
The Senior FF&E Designer will be responsible in developing the FF&E concept together with the Project Designer and Director in charge and maintaining the continuity of those concepts through the entire project process up to completion. You will be also overseeing the FF&E team, and managing all required FF&E Documentation, insuring it’s timely and correct completion within internal and external guidelines, rules and schedules. Also, you need to maintain the program and budget under the direction of the Project Manager, as well as coordinating the FF&E information with the Project Leader and Project Manager to ensure accurate integration into the architectural documentation.
Salary & Benefits
£40000 to £65000 depending on experience including yearly bonuses and other benefits.

About You
We are looking for an individual that has substantial experience in designing large scale 5 stars hotels and can establish design concepts relative to the Client’s briefs, programs and budgets. You need to have experience in
- Leasing with the client and ensuring FF&E design is documented and communicated properly with them and their teams
- Managing a team
- Translating initial design concepts into design development
- Developing FF&E specification documentation
- Preparing furniture and installation plans for content and accuracy
- Coordinating with the internal and external teams and maintaining positive relationships
- Reviewing samples, strike-offs, etc for compliance with specifications and the design intent
- Reviewing interior architectural plans in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure conformity with FF&E design
- Maintaining regular review of construction documentation, shop drawings, and participating in construction administration to ensure design intent aligns with profitability
- Helping Junior Design staff with their development
- Having a basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint
- Keeping up to date with industry developments, products, and trends, for continued professional development
- Note good verbal and written communication skills are essential
NOTE: You need to be eligible to live and work in the UK. Only UK residence will be consider for this role. The company don’t sponsor candidates that need visa.
