About the Role
We are seeking 2 x talented Mid-Level Urban Designers to join our London studio and contribute to a variety of international masterplanning and urban design projects.
You will work closely with architects, placemaking specialists, and other designers, helping to develop high-quality design solutions that positively shape the urban environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills, gain exposure to international projects, and be part of a collaborative and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present concept designs, masterplans, and high-quality design materials.
- Produce visualisations, drawings, models, and reports to support project delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and innovative design solutions.
- Contribute to design discussions and project development, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Support project documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained.
About You
- Professional degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture, with a Masters in Urban Design.
- 3–6+ years’ experience in urban design and masterplanning, ideally including international projects (Middle East experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Rhino. Knowledge of Grasshopper is advantageous.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, impactful urban design solutions.
