About the Company

This company is an award-winning, design driven studio with an exciting range of projects moving forward. They believe that Landscape Architecture is a critical discipline, which, to be relevant and meticulous to detail, must engage with a wide range of social, economic, technical and cultural issues.

Every single one of their projects is rooted in an inquisitive design process that starts from a firm understanding of the client's brief and ends with a clear strategy that guides the creation of exceptional places and spaces. While their studio is led by expert directors and associates, a collaborative spirit is essential to the continual growth of the company and they are committed to a strong culture of inclusivity, equal opportunity and actively encourage career progression within the consultancy.

About the Role

This is an incredibly busy studio that is expanding and they are looking to appoint a Senior Landscape Architect. Working closely with the Directors you will be involved in leading a range of UK projects. You will be a team player responsible for a small team across multiple complex projects and will be comfortable and capable of leading and contributing to multidisciplinary teams. You enjoy mentoring junior members of staff and you are commercially aware. This company prides itself as an equal opportunities employer and supports their staff with great flexible working opportunities and professional development.

About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong candidate with impeccable design ability, communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' proven experience designing and delivering high quality spaces across a range of project scales and complexities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and must posses strong project management, client and consultant coordination together with people management skills. Successful candidates will exhibit a commitment to quality, have a proactive and creative mindset, have a versatile and agile approach and be committed to continuous improvement of their own skills and those of the wider team.
