With a team of around 70 staff, they operate in a friendly, sociable, and supportive environment, committed to fostering professional growth and a positive work-life balance.

The practice has recently achieved BCorp certification, reflecting their commitment to using their business as a force for good by focusing on people, the planet, and profit. They offer competitive salaries, and a range of award-winning benefits designed to support and reward their staff.
About the Role
As an Architectural Technologist, you will join a dynamic and collaborative team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality residentially led projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards, both as part of a team and independently.
Your role will involve using Revit to produce detailed designs, coordinating with other team members, and ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations. You will also be expected to utilise the NBS Chorus specification system on large-scale residential projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to award-winning projects within a practice that values creativity, innovation, and sustainability.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must be a CIAT registered Architectural Technologist with at least 1-2 years of professional experience. You should have a proven track record of working on large residentially led schemes in the UK, particularly from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.
A strong working knowledge of Revit is essential, and you should be comfortable using the NBS Chorus specification system. You must have a solid understanding of current UK building regulations and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as you will be expected to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. If you are passionate about architecture and looking to contribute to innovative and sustainable projects within a supportive environment, this role could be a perfect fit for you.
