This client is extremely well established. It is an independent landscape practice specialising landscape design, landscape planning, masterplanning and urban design. This practice operates throughout the UK from offices in Essex and the Midlands.

About the Role

As this practice continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Senior Landscape Architect to work on various projects. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience (post qualification professional work experience).

Candidates must have experience of working on a variety of projects both large and small scale, including detailed planning submissions and landscape and visual assessments.

The role will involve a large amount of individual responsibility and therefore, candidates will need to be able to run projects both independently as well as part of an integrated team.

About You

Candidates should have a relevant LI accredited qualification at degree level and above and have experience of working on projects at a range of scales and throughout the development process.

You will also need to have the following:

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in excellent design.
Strong communication skills evidenced through a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and the Adobe CS software as a minimum (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign in particular).
Proficiency in Vectorworks and an understanding and experience of BIM would be beneficial.
A good eye and attention to detail are also essential.
