About the Role
As a CAD Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the design team by producing high-quality CAD drawings for landscape and environmental projects. You’ll collaborate with designers to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements, contributing to the success of diverse and impactful schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and producing detailed CAD drawings to support landscape design and planning projects.
- Collaborating with designers to develop technical solutions that meet project goals.
- Assisting in maintaining and organising CAD libraries and resources.
- Ensuring that all drawings comply with industry standards and project-specific requirements.
- Supporting the design team with general technical and administrative tasks as needed.
About You
You are a detail-oriented professional with min. 2 years of experience, a strong technical aptitude and a passion for design. Your experience in CAD drafting, paired with your collaborative mindset, will make you a key member of the team.
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit is a bonus.
- Experience working on design and planning projects, preferably within the landscape or environmental sector.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate technical ideas clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
