About the Role
As a BIM Manager, you will take the lead in developing and optimising Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows to ensure seamless project delivery. You will oversee the BIM operations for a diverse range of Landscape Architecture projects, manage multidisciplinary collaboration, and represent the studio’s BIM capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- BIM Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead the BIM team, focusing on efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with project and organisational goals.
- Represent the studio’s BIM expertise to clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management:
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and QA/QC of BIM models to meet client and project standards.
- Develop and ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) across all phases of project delivery.
- Promote seamless communication between BIM and Landscape team, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Training and Development:
- Mentor and train team members on BIM tools, processes, and best practices for BIM in Landscape Architecture.
- Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and implement improvements where needed.
- Technical Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 19650 and other relevant guidelines.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and liaise with software vendors as necessary.
About You

Key Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related fields.

8+ years of experience in BIM, with 2+ years’ experience in BIM management.
- Proven track record in managing BIM workflows and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Expertise in BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and QA/QC processes.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and manage client relationships effectively.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern design and construction practices is an advantage.
- Certification in BIM tools or processes is highly desirable.
