About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their Abu Dhabi office with a proven track record in landscape and related infrastructure projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex, high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage projects, including daily activities, client relationships, resource allocation, technical input, and financial oversight.
- Act as the focal point between teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Delivery and Quality Assurance:
- Oversee project delivery within time and budget, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Manage project contracts, including scope and cost management, adhering to best practices.
- Stakeholder and Authority Engagement:
- Liaise with local authorities to manage permitting activities, providing guidance to team members for smooth and efficient approvals.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of works with adjoining projects.
- Team Development:
- Identify personnel needs, assist HR in recruiting, and onboard project team members.
- Coach junior project managers, build high-performing teams, and establish best practices for project management.
About You
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering excellence in landscape and infrastructure projects.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Education and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering from a Western university.

10+ years of relevant experience, including international consultancy firms within the UAE.
- Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of landscape and infrastructure project management.
- Proficiency in handling project contracts, technical documentation, and permitting processes.
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, mentor junior staff, and build collaborative project environments.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to drive repeat business.
- Professional Affiliation:
- Membership in a recognised professional organisation is preferred.
